Erick is the Production Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University.

He began his career at Finlay Flowers, where he gained in-depth experience in growing both roses and summer flowers. During this time, Erick completed extensive training in health and safety, finance, labour laws, quality management, human resource management, and managing for results. He is also a certified FACTS and BASIS adviser.

Erick has served in senior roles within the floriculture industry, including as Senior Production Manager at Bohemian Flower Farm in Naivasha and most recently as a Propagator at Murara Plants, overseeing the production of rooted and unrooted cuttings for both local and export markets.

Outside of work, Erick is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys football and badminton.
